What we do for you

ERP workforce offers several professional recruitment services that provide the employees you need. In the submenu on the left you can read more in depth about these services. Our recruitment consultants are trained in and make use of sophisticated search methods. They are specialized in a specific market or in a specific technology and have built strong networks, giving them unparalleled industry knowledge and giving you the best candidates available.

In order to meet your needs it is important for us to outline our approach to recruiting. Our approach comprises 5 steps.

1. Agreement

After we have got to know each other we explore your organization, your growth ambitions and strategy, and your recruitment needs. Subsequently we advise you what recruitment strategy fits your situation best. If you agree with our proposal and associated costs we confirm our agreement and take the next step.

2. Search

First we write profiles for the vacant positions you need filled and check with you if these profiles are correct. If the profiles are agreed we start searching within our network and (international) databases and/or we place advertisements.

3. Selection

During our search pre-selections are made. In this step we make a shortlist by comparing the candidates with the selection criteria (more in detail) and with each other (to get the best). We also do phone interviews to complete the picture of the candidate. Next we interview candidates one-on-one. We will discuss resumes with the client. If the client finds a candidate appropriate we set up a job interview.

4. Job interview(s)

We arrange the job interview. At least 3 work days before the interview takes place, we provide both the client and the candidate the necessary information. We expect our clients to give feedback within at most 5 work days after the job interview. We also arrange second and third round interviews.

5. Evaluation

Evaluation of our recruitment services is an important step in our approach, because quality is important to us. Every client is unique and your feedback enables us to improve our recruitment services. It makes a long term relationship possible. If you have placed a single vacancy we will evaluate our work afterwards. If we have to fill more than one vacancy we also evaluate our work during the recruitment process.
